Word Assignment #6: Working with Shapes in Word
Today you are going to use a Word document as your canvas and create a picture using only the shapes that Word provides. Word is a word processing program, but it can do many other things besides just type words for a report. This assignment will give you the opportunity to get creative and use Word to accomplish something it is traditionally not know for. Here is what you will need to do to complete this assignment:
1. Open a New document in Word
2. Change your Orientation to Landscape
3. Change your View to Whole Page
4. Select a Page Color to begin
Your picture must contain the following items:
Have fun and be creative! You may add anything extra you want and format your shapes any which way you want (3D, shadow effects, etc.).
