Your next assignment is a Brochure you will be making in Microsoft Publisher. Some of you may not be as familiar with Publisher, it should look familiar once you get into the program. It is part of Microsoft Office just like Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
Microsoft Publisher is an entry-level desktop publishing application from Microsoft, differing from Microsoft Word in that the emphasis is placed on page layout and design rather than text composition and proofing.
A brochure (or pamphlet) is an informational piece of literature about a particular product or service. You will be doing yours about a technology-based product. To make this easier, you will first fill out an informational sheet about your product. You may work with a partner or with two other people. The informational sheet download is below as well as the sheet for directions. There is also an example of the Nintendo Wii.

- edit the contents in a publication
- format graphics in a publication
- prepare a publication for distribution
Make sure your product is something new within the past three years. Be specific- don't do one on cell phones, do one on a particular brand and model (the iphone 7 for example).
